1 概述Overview
SD-1L型系列限束器为多页式连续可调X射线辐射野限束器,该限束器配LED灯,可在规定的范围内连续、平滑地调节出任意大小的矩形X射线辐射野。本系列限束器结构简单,安装调整方便。使用本限束器能有效地减少散漏射线和焦点外射线的影响,降低对患者和操作者的有害辐射。
The SD-1L series beam limiter is a multi-page continuous adjustable X-ray radiation field beam limiter, which is equipped with LED lamp, which can continuously and smoothly adjust the rectangular X-ray radiation field of any size within the specified range. This series has simple structure and easy to install and adjust. The use of this beam limiter can effectively reduce the impact of scattered radiation and focal radiation, and reduce the harmful radiation to patients and operators.
2 用途use
与X射线管组件配套,供调整和限定X射线辐射野用。
Equipped with X-ray tube assembly for adjusting and limiting X-ray radiation field.
SD-1L型限束器适于与摄影床上X射线管组件配套使用,手动启闭铅门。
The SD-1L beam limiter is suitable for matching with the X-ray tube assembly on the photographic bed, and can open and close the lead door manually.

4 结构和组成Structure and composition
SD-1L型限束器的铅门配置和主要组成部分示意图,见图4.1。

SD-1L型限束器的限野功能由纵向外铅门1、横向中铅门2来完成。控制面板5上装有手动旋钮,可以手动调节辐射野。手动旋钮可带动纵、横向各铅门作启闭运动,以获得任意大小的矩形辐射野。
The limiting function of SD-1L is completed by longitudinal outer lead door 1 and transverse middle lead door 2. Control panel 5 is equipped with a manual knob, which can manually adjust the radiation field. Manual knob can drive the longitudinal and horizontal lead door for opening and closing motion to obtain a rectangular radiation field of any size.
SD-1L型限束器的光野装置由反光镜3和灯泡4组成。用可见光显示X射线辐射野,便于手动操作时定位。
The light field device of the SD-1L beam limiter consists of reflector 3 and bulb 4. Display the X-ray radiation field with visible light for easy positioning during manual operation.
5 操作方法method of operation
SD-1L型限束器控制面板的布局如图5.1所示。
The layout of the SD-1L beam control panel is shown in Figure 5.1.

将延时开关③按下,光野装置的光源,一般设定的延时是35S,点亮灯泡, 35S之后会自动熄灭。延时开关③可单独控制LED灯。
Press the delay switch ③, the general delay of the light field device is 35S, light the bulb, 35S will be automatically off. The delay switch ③ can control the LED lamp separately.
用横向旋钮①和纵向旋钮②可以手动调节光野和辐射野的大小。顺时针旋动横向旋钮可以关闭横向铅门,逆时针旋动横向旋钮可以打开横向铅门。顺时针旋动纵向旋钮②可以打开纵向铅门,逆时针旋动纵向旋钮②可以关闭纵向铅门。
The size of the light and radiation fields can be adjusted manually with both the transverse knob ① and the longitudinal knob ②. The clockwise transverse knob can close the transverse lead door, and the counterclockwise lateral knob can open the transverse lead door. Clockwise rotating the longitudinal knob ② can open the longitudinal lead door, and counterclockwise rotating the longitudinal knob ② can close the longitudinal lead door.
拨动④可以选择铝过滤,0.5mm Al/1.0mm Al /1.5mm Al;

摄影时,设定好焦点到胶片的距离后,将限时开关③按下,光示野装置的光源,利用光野对准患者的病患部位,然后根据所选胶片规格调节光野大小。由于光野和辐射野重合,调节好的光野大小,也就调节好了辐射野的大小。此时就可以曝光了。

6 安装和调试Installation and commissioning
6.1 安装install
SD-1L型限束器与X射线管组件连接接口部分的结构示意图(见图6.1)。

安装步骤如下:
The installation steps are performed as follows:

A. Attach the connecting plate ② on the X-ray tube assembly ③ with screws;
b、将限束器①固定在连接盘上。

6.2 调整adjust

Adjustment of the SD-1L belimiter

(1) The calibration adjustment steps of the X-ray radiation field and the center of the imaging plane are as follows
a.标出成像平面(胶片片匣等)的;
A. Mark the center of the imaging plane (film box, etc.);
b.将X射线辐射野尽量调小;
B. Reduce the X-ray radiation field to be as small as possible;
c.松开管套支轴紧定螺钉和管套滑环制动旋钮;
C. Release the setting screw of the sleeve shaft and the brake knob of the sleeve;
d.调整管套位置,在透视条件下观察或拍片检查,使X射线辐射野与成像平面基本重合;
d. Adjust the position of the tube sleeve, observe or examine the film under fluoroscopy conditions, so that the X-ray radiation field center and the center of the imaging plane basically coincide;
e.拧紧紧定螺钉和制动旋钮。
E. Screw the tight holding screw and the brake knob.
(2)为对限束器进行有效选择、组合、调节,在限束器面板上,有在各种焦点到影像接收器距离情况下所有X射线野范围对应的尺寸,使操作者通过调节纵向、横向旋钮在加载之前依据距离确定适合正常使用的X射线野范围。符合GB9706.12中29.202.6要求。

First set the light field size, and then measure the light field dimension vertical to the reference axis plane at the distance from the specified focus to the image receiving plane. Comply with 29.202.7 in GB9706,12.

(4) Replace the light bulb
SD-1L型限束器采用LED灯作为光野装置的光源。更换LED灯时,拆下限束器LED灯罩和LED灯的散热板,然后把损坏的LED灯从散热板上拆下,将新的LED灯基板背面涂上导热硅脂后重新装回散热板即可。更换LED灯时,注意用手指捏住基板部分,以免玷污灯泡。
The SD-1L type beam limiter uses the LED lamp as the light source of the light field device. When replacing the LED lamp, remove the cooling plate of the lower limit beam LED lampshade and LED lamp, then remove the damaged LED lamp from the heat dissipation plate, coat the back of the new LED lamp substrate with thermal silicone and then install back to the heat dissipation plate. When replacing the LED light, pay attention to pinch the substrate with your finger to not stain the bulb.
更换LED灯后,要透视观察或拍片检查光野是否与X射线辐射野重合,必要时可松开灯座固定板来进行调整。
After replacing the LED lamp, check whether the center of the light field coincides with the center of the X-ray radiation field. If necessary, the lamp holder fixing plate can be released for adjustment.

(1) Measure the deviation value between the light field boundary and the radiation field boundary (X1, X2, Y1, Y2) and write it down accordingly. As shown in Figure 5.
(2) 分别算出X和Y方向的总偏差(不考虑符号标记)。

7 注意事项matters need attention
如与非本公司产品配套使用时注意低压电源应为次级与初级隔离的电源,切勿使用自耦式电源以保证。

7.1 本限束器为精密产品,注意轻拿轻放,以免损坏。
