R103医用X射线限束器安装使用手册
一、序言introduction
在安装调试R103限束器前必须仔细阅读本说明书，这样才能正确安装调试和使用R103限束器。
This manual must be read carefully before installing and debugging the R103 limiter to properly install, debug and use the R103 limiter.
R103限束器适用球管的最高压为100kVp。
The maximum pressure for the R103 sensor is 100 kVp.
R103限束器能任意调节X射线照射野的大小。本限束器是采用多层叶片防护的结构，能起到有效的防护作用，提高X射线摄影的效果，减少患者和医务人员的被照射量。
The R103 beam limiter can arbitrarily adjust the size of the X-ray irradiation field. This beam limiter is a multi-layer blade protection structure, which can play an effective protective role, improve the effect of X-ray photography, and reduce the amount of exposure to patients and medical personnel.
按GB9706.1-2007中6.8.1的规定本产品属于I类产品。
This product belongs to Class I product according to that specified in 6.8.1 of GB9706.1-2007.

R103手动限束器采用单层两组叶片进行防护，从结构上保证了X射线的最小散射，是X射线防护的理想装置。
The R103 manual beam limiter uses a single layer of two groups of blades for protection, which ensures the minimum scattering of X-ray from the structure, and is an ideal device for X-ray protection.

2、将限束器位置调整后拧紧法兰固定螺钉。
2. Tighten the flange fixing screw after adjusting the position of the beam limiter.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->2、<!--[endif]-->调整照射视野与被照体的:通电，按下灯开关，检查可见光照射视野的十字线是否居中，若有偏离，请调整X射线管球，使十字线居中。
2.Adjust the center of the irradiation field and the subject: energon, press the light switch and check whether the cross of the visible light field is centered. If there is any deviation, please adjust the X-ray tube ball to make the cross center.

1. Rotate the longitudinal adjustment hand knob to adjust the size of the longitudinal irradiation field of vision;
2.旋转横向调节手钮，调整横向照射视野的大小。
2. Rotate the lateral adjustment hand knob to adjust the size of the lateral irradiation field of view.
3.按下灯开关，内部定时器启动，可见光照射视野光照约30秒后自动关闭。

八、换灯泡
1.卸下限束器的后盖板(见图2)。
1. Remove the rear cover plate of the harness limit device (see Figure 2).
2.卸下灯遮光罩。
2. Remove the light hood.
3.松开灯座上固定灯泡的2个螺钉，将灯泡从插座中卸下，将新灯泡插人，直到插人底部。
3. Release the two screws fixing the bulb on the lamp holder, remove the bulb from the socket, and insert the new bulb until the bottom.
4.点亮灯泡，调整灯泡的角度，使限束器的十字线居中后旋紧固定灯泡的2个螺钉。
4. Light the bulb and adjust the Angle of the bulb so that the cross of the limiter is in the center and tighten the two screws fixing the bulb.

1. Please ground the grounding wire reliably according to the relevant standards to ensure the safety.
2.更换时不能用手直接接触灯的石英壳体，以防止石英壳沾有指纹和油性污垢，更换后请用酒精擦拭灯的石英壳清除污渍。
2. When replacing, do not directly contact the quartz shell of the lamp with your hand to prevent the quartz shell from having fingerprints and oily dirt. After the replacement, please wipe the quartz shell of the lamp with alcohol to remove stains.
3.限束器使用后，应每三个月用无机溶剂对壳体表面进行擦拭，以保持清洁。

4.本产品废弃物，请按当地政府有关环保的法律、法规进行废弃处理，以保护当地的环境。

九、质量保证 Quality assurance
1.自客户收到限束器之日起，本厂质保期为12个月(不含灯泡)。
1. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of receipt (excluding bulbs).
2.质量问题不包括因安装、搬运等导致的故障问题。
2. Quality problems do not include faults caused by installation and handling.
3.在保修期内，若未书面提出申请，并经我厂允许，不得拆机，否则后果自负，不予保修。
3. During the warranty period, if the application is not submitted in writing and the factory allows it, we shall not dismantle the machine, otherwise the consequences will be borne and the warranty will not be granted.
